Can you eat Brie or Camembert cold?

Yes, it's safe to eat straight from the fridge, but it tastes better at room temperature, when the center softens.

Take it out 30 to 60 minutes before serving, and don't leave it out more than two hours, or one hour if it's above 90°F (32°C).
