Start with bread: Brie is traditionally eaten with a baguette, and crackers work in a pinch. Then add something sweet and something salty:
- Sweet: grapes, figs, apple slices, honey or jam.
- Salty: olives or nuts.
- Crunchy: bread or crackers.
To drink: Brie and Camembert go well with lighter whites, sparkling wine or a light red like pinot noir. Camembert goes with most wines.
