Going to London in August

Yes, it’s true! Going to cheddar myself silly. I would love to blog about some cheeses that I may acquire there, so please let me know of any great, MUST go, cheese shops! I have never been to the UK, so I would love to hear your suggestions. I know that Neal’s Yard Dairy is supposedly really great, and it’s already on my list.

Where should I go?

Update: how the trip went

I made it to Neal’s Yard Dairy, in both Covent Garden and Borough Market, and came home with a goat’s milk log from Innes. Thanks to everyone who sent suggestions.

  1. Hi John,

You should look for D’Issa at London’s Borough Market and La Fromagerie, both of whom are stocking Gligora Dairy’s award winning Paški Sir.  Once you get back to the US get in touch with us and I’ll try get a sample over to you.

    1. I got back on this past Sunday, the cheesemonger at Neal’s told me about Le Fromagerie but I was actually on my way out.  Next time I’m there I’ll need to check out both of those places! Thanks for the info! I’ll DM you on twitter with my contact info.
