Fontinella: salty, semi-hard, similar to Parmesan but is kind of crumbly like Feta. Very excellent option over pasta. I think on pizza would be really good too.

Holland Arina Goat Gouda
Holland Arina Goat Gouda: goat cheese really isn’t my cup of tea (or rather block of cheese) but I found that eating it with something sweet really makes it taste better. So, I ate it with some raspberry preserves—it was pretty good. Semi-solid cheese. the goat cheese sour taste/smell is there for sure, but is […]
Port Salut
Port salut – semi-soft cheese with mild flavor. Perfect for cheese board or crackers.
Bucheron Goat Cheese
Bucheron goat cheese- soft semi-firm texture. Dry crumbly texture in the middle and softer toward the rind. The usual tangy goat cheese flavor with a little bit of that ammonia Brie flavor we’ve grown to love. It would be good with something sweet like grapes. I can’t afford grapes tho, so— oh well.
St. Clemens Blue Cheese
Texture is very smooth and creamy. I like it, but now my refrigerator smells. Should have just bought kimchi while I was at it.
Lorraine Swiss
Lorraine Swiss – not really strong flavor or smell. Kind of greasy. I imagine it would taste really good with a slice of tomato on bread.
Hannah’s Choice Sharp Cheddar
Had this at the SIP graduation. It was good but a nightmare to cut. It broke into a million pieces I guess cuz there wasn’t as much fat at the pepper jack.
Hot Pepper Jack
This cheese was really good, had this at the SIP graduation. Creamy and spicy.
Muenster Chris
Muenster tastes a lot like string cheese. Very light and tasty.
Asiago Fresca
I like the saltiness of the asiago cheese but it sort of has a strong smell. Not kimchi strong but it has a very particular semi-strong smell. Really good with crackers.
