Bucheron Goat Cheese
Bucheron goat cheese- soft semi-firm texture. Dry crumbly texture in the middle and softer toward the rind. The usual tangy goat cheese flavor with a little bit of that ammonia Brie flavor we’ve grown to love. It would be good with something sweet like grapes. I can’t afford grapes tho, so— oh well.
St. Clemens Blue Cheese
Texture is very smooth and creamy. I like it, but now my refrigerator smells. Should have just bought kimchi while I was at it.
Lorraine Swiss
Lorraine Swiss – not really strong flavor or smell. Kind of greasy. I imagine it would taste really good with a slice of tomato on bread.
Hannah’s Choice Sharp Cheddar

Hot Pepper Jack
This cheese was really good, had this at the SIP graduation. Creamy and spicy.
Muenster Chris
Muenster tastes a lot like string cheese. Very light and tasty.
Asiago Fresca
I like the saltiness of the asiago cheese but it sort of has a strong smell. Not kimchi strong but it has a very particular semi-strong smell. Really good with crackers.
